Our Brochure
Harbel’s Gathering Barn offers a charming, historic-inspired setting for your special events. With seating for up to 100 guests, climate control, and a set event layout, it’s perfect for celebrations, showers, and family gatherings.
Here’s just a little about renting Harbel’s.
- Decoration Restrictions: Streamers, banners, and similar decorations cannot be attached to the structure, photos, or displays
- Rental time includes time for set up and clean up
- Outdoor Policies: No tents, canopies, inflatables, or outside amusements (e.g., pony rides, rock walls) allowed
- You must supply your own ice for in beverage cooler
- You may bring your own beer and wine (no kegs or liquor permitted)
- Security Policy: Security may be required based on guest count or event type, with costs charged to the renter
- Supply your own paper or disposable plates, cups, utensils, and napkins
- You are welcome to bring your own cakes, cookies, and other sweet treats
- White Tablecloths are available for a $40 fee, or supply your own
- Full Rental Fee must be paid in order to secure a date
- Catering services are provided exclusively by Smoke Worx Village Table 4.1
- Custom buffet-style menus for brunch, luncheon, and dinner is crafted specifically for Harbel’s Gathering Barn
- To ensure a seamless experience, our Event Coordinator will assist with menu selection, and can handle all communication with Smoke Worx, making your event planning simple and stress-free.
